I will start by saying 'What business plan?" I made a business plan about 5 years ago and the bad thing about business plans is they are a benchmark of what you didn't accomplish. I feel like there is no way to follow a path that hasn't happened. I was supposed to be making all these products that looking back now, would have set me back years. The money I would have spent getting those products made and the struggles trying to get sales reps to sell them would have burned so many bridges. It was better to let the business make its own decisions. So far it has not let me down. From today on, Neat Pleats is finally deriving at its own destiny.

With the new CNC machine I have been building for the past year, we will be able to make unique lamp parts as well as making parts to supply other companies. Although it looks a mess in this picture, I assure you, this machine will be able to mass produce parts on a daily bases. I know there is a learning curve to learning this industry but building this machine was the biggest challenge so far. The motors have been through the testing phase and now its time to wire this machine up and hopefully within the next few weeks, we will be cutting out parts. The requests are already coming in to make parts for other companies so we will have our first customers as soon as the saw dust hits the floor.
